INTRODUCTION
DictionBuddy owns www.dictionbuddy.com and built the DictionBuddy mobile app as a commercial app. The Services provided by the DictionBuddy app are presented here without any warrants and representations.

DictionBuddy will not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our services or content. In no event will DictionBuddy’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use the services or content exceed the amounts you have paid to DictionBuddy for use of the services or content or one hundred dollars ($100), if you have not had any payment obligations to DictionBuddy, as applicable.

Our Website and/or mobile app may contain links to other websites, for example, social media buttons. We are not responsible for the information security and the privacy policy of such websites. Whenever you are linking to another website from our Website and/or mobile app, you are subjected to the third-party terms of service and their own privacy policy. Our website or mobile app is not intended to be used by children, especially users under the age of 13 years and younger.
